Our cooking school gives guests the possibility to access daily and weekly classes and tours in Florence, Tuscany since 1999. In over ten years our cooking classes in tuscany offer a real Tuscan cooking experience.

Our classes, are all led by qualified Italian chefs and take place in a magnificent medieval tower “Torre Pandolfini“ where the authentic tuscan cultural experience will set you back in the medieval times, when a trip begins a story begins at the same time for each of us, if you are in search for art and adventure food and roots you are in the perfect place. Our heritage has left us with an immense tradition that we care to share with each and everyone of our guests with our tastes , colors and perfumes.

The possibility to shop at the local market with our chef who will share the origin and history of the produce that is in such abundance and is considered so important to the success of the tuscan recipes. Their expertise will be revealed through tales during our cooking classes and at once you will start to feel the italian way of life, the dolce vita.

Finally we share the meals we’ve just prepared matched with the flow of our estate wine produced in the Chianti area and together we will live the Kitchen in Tuscany experience and share our love for Italian food and life.
